Pingen is now live in Waverunner. Pingen is a Swiss service for sending printed letters and postal mail through an API.
Set up a letter rule with your template and Waverunner prints and posts the letter through Pingen when the rule fires, welcome letters and mandate notices for example. Delivery status comes back by webhook and shows on the customer. Use your own Pingen account, or the shared one.
For merchants whose customers still expect paper, and for anything a mandate rule says must go by post.
